Dear Parents and Students,
Welcome to the 2026-2027 school year at the New Mexico Academy of the Media Arts!
I hope you have had a restful and enjoyable summer, with plenty of opportunities to spend quality time with your loved ones.
Last year was a year filled with exciting changes, growth, and significant improvements, it was important for all of us to take time to rest, recharge, and reflect before turning our attention to the year ahead.
We have an exciting and productive school year in front of us, and I am genuinely looking forward to the work we will accomplish together. Last year, our school community achieved so much. From completing much-needed facility improvements and strengthening our special programming and administrative compliance, to making meaningful gains in math and reading, we demonstrated what is possible when we work together. We also celebrated the graduation of our remarkable Class of 2026. While we will greatly miss their presence on campus, we are incredibly proud of their accomplishments and wish them every success in the future.
As we welcome our returning and new students and families, I am excited to continue building on this momentum. Together, we will foster a learning environment where every student is challenged, supported, and inspired to achieve their fullest potential.
Warm regards,
Mr. Jones
